Civil Litigation
Civil law regulates the relationship between individuals or individuals and organizations. Civil law is different from criminal law because often these disputes can be resolved between the individual parties involved.
Civil Law generally includes:
- Cases involving accidents.
- Contract disputes.
- Libel and negligence.
- Probates of wills.
- Any other situation in which one party is trying to collect money or services due them from another private party.
